How the Coverage Actually Works
We are a small local company, not a franchise and not a lead broker. The trucks start the day from 25140 Kingsland Blvd, Suite 118, in Katy, and the same crew covers everything on this page. When you call, you are talking to the business that will do the job — not to a call centre selling your job on to whoever answers first.
That is worth knowing because the other kind is common in Houston. If a company can’t tell you where its office is, can’t give you a technician’s name, and quotes a price before anyone has seen the door, you are probably talking to a dispatcher rather than a garage door company.
Distance Changes the Timing, Not the Price
There is no service-call charge anywhere we work, and the estimate is free whether you are ten minutes away in Cinco Ranch or an hour out on the island. We don’t have a mileage line and we don’t have an out-of-area surcharge.
What distance changes is when in the day, not whether we get there. Everywhere on this list is same-day on most calls — Katy, Cinco Ranch and west Houston are the shortest runs and usually the earliest slots, and Kingwood, Magnolia and the island are the long ones, so they tend to land later in the day. Tell us what the door is doing when you call and you will get a real window rather than a guess.
If a day ever genuinely can’t be done, you will hear that on the phone instead of at six o’clock. We would rather tell you tomorrow morning and turn up than say this afternoon and not.
If the door won’t close, say so when you call
A garage that won’t shut is a security problem, not an inconvenience, and it moves up the list — wherever you are. Same for a door stuck halfway with a car trapped behind it. Tell whoever answers that the door is open and can’t be closed, and it gets treated accordingly.
Don’t force a jammed door with the opener while you wait. That is how a repair turns into a bent panel and a new door.
What’s Different on the Coast
Two things change once you are down near the water in League City or out on Galveston Island. The first is salt air: rollers, hinges, bearings, cables and the bottom section of the door all corrode faster than they do inland. Hardware that would be fine for a decade in Katy is worth looking at years sooner there, and a seized roller is what drags a door out of its track.
The second is wind. The Texas Windstorm Insurance Association covers the fourteen seacoast counties plus the part of Harris County east of State Highway 146. What We Do Everywhere
The service is the same in all of it — the geography changes, the work doesn’t:

The Money Part
Free estimate, no service-call charge, in every one of these places. Parts carry a 5-year warranty and our workmanship is covered for 90 days. We don’t publish prices, because a number quoted before anyone has seen the door is either a guess or a starting figure that climbs once the technician is standing in your garage.

Our office is at 25140 Kingsland Blvd, Suite 118, Katy, TX 77494. That is where the trucks start the day, which is why Katy, Cinco Ranch, Fulshear and the Energy Corridor are the shortest drives on the board.
We are not a call centre routing your job to whoever is nearest; the same small crew covers the whole area.

No. There is no service-call charge anywhere we work, and the estimate is free whether you are ten minutes away in Cinco Ranch or an hour out on the island.
What distance changes is how soon we can get there, not what it costs. If we cannot reach you in a reasonable time we will say so on the phone rather than book you and let you wait.

Yes — on most calls, everywhere on this list. A broken spring or a door stuck open gets treated as urgent because a garage that will not close is a security problem, not an inconvenience.
What the distance changes is when in the day we reach you. Kingwood, Magnolia and Galveston are the long runs from Katy, so they usually land later. Call and you will get a real window rather than a promise that slips.
